The massage stimulus also helps stimulate the lymphatic system, similar to exercise, to remove any soreness and swelling, improving circulation and encouraging the body's natural healing process.

Instructions for Light Indicator: At setting 1 the light on your panel will be green. This is the lowest setting and will automatically turn off after 10 minutes. To increase the setting from setting 1 to setting 2 press the on/off button once and it will increase to setting 2. The light on your panel will turn orange. Setting 2 is a stronger setting and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. To increase from setting 2 to setting 3 press the on/off button once. The light on your panel will turn red. Setting 3 is the strongest setting and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
Please note, this item is not compatible with mini-USB chargers that came with Ice-Vibe boots bought before November 16th 2018. If you need a new panel for your Ice-Vibe boots, you will need to upgrade your charger kit.
