Shipping and Returns

Shipping is available for any product offered by Knightdale Horse Sports.  Some items may require more packing materials for more protection as they travel, so shipping quote may be required.

Freight is also available for large or fragile items.  Are you moving or heading to college?  KHS can help you move your entire tack room on a pallet.

Returns

All sales are final on bits, consignment items, helmets and saddles.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. 

Refunds your original credit card will be credited.

All items returned or exchanged must be in NEW condition with the tags, original packaging and receipt. Any item returned within 7 days of purchase qualifies for a full refund in the original form of payment.  Items returned within 30 days of purchase qualify for store credit.

Items returned in new condition, with original packaging will be refunded in full once the items are received by KHS.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges. You may also return the item in person at our retail store located at:  2001 Widewaters Parkway, Ste B, Knightdale, NC 27545.

All exchanges must be within 30 days of original purchase.  No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
