3M Animalintex® Poultice Pad

A veterinary poultice dressing, Animalintex works effectively as a cold poultice to reduce swelling, stiffness and soreness and as a hot poultice to draw abscesses and infections. Animalintex can also use as an antiseptic dry dressing.

• Made from 100% cotton wool with a nonwoven covering on one side and a plastic backing on the other for moisture retention.
• Contains a mild antiseptic (boric acid) to promote faster healing plus tragacanth, a natural poultice agent to promote faster healing.
• Ideal for cuts, wounds, abscesses, inflammation, skin disorders and hoof conditions.
• Aids in wound healing and relieves minor stiffness and soreness.
• Absorbs exudate; provides moist, clean healing site; cushions sore areas. 
• Can also be used as a dry dressing over open wounds and as a pressure padding.
